1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can of milk (use soup can to measure)
1 pkg tater tots
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain.
Layer in bottom of casserole dish
Add mixed vegetables on top of beef.
Mix soup and milk and pour over casserole. Top with tater tots.
Bake one hour at 350.
